Sound Healing with Gongs
This is a unique and wonderful experience where you are literally enveloped in the sound of the gongs. While you set your personal healing intention you are gently guided into a relaxed place. From here you can let go and allow the sounds to wash through and around your body in a comfortable and supportive space. For those wishing to further explore their own personal experience with the gongs.
For longer term results and all round wellbeing I would highly recommend you choose to have the Assemblage Point correction in conjunction with this session.
Group Sound Healing sessions are normally anywhere from around 8 – 15 people present. Or depending on the size of venue from 15 – 30 people present. You will need to bring your own comfortable yoga mat or comfortable base to lie on along with cushions, blanket and back support if necessary. If lying down is uncomfortable then sitting on a chair is perfectly fine. Some people do like to bring their own if comfort is an issue. Please do contact me before hand if you have any questions regarding comfort or any physical/health issues which you think might be a concern.
I believe we’re all seeking meaning and balance in our lives. To explore this further our mind needs to feel safe & comfortable in a supportive and loving environment. The gongs play a huge part in providing this space. If you feel you would like more balance and to explore further the deeper meaning or purpose in your life then the 6 week intensive maybe for you:
These are the same as the regular sound gong baths with the addition of sharing and learning beautiful mantras to enhance the whole experience. Each session starts and finishes with a mantra. The mantras are a lifegiving force of their own and a powerful transformative lifelong tool to carry with you long after the sessions have finished.
