1:1 Sessions - Cancellation Policy

Pre-payment of all 1:1 session’s is required on booking (unless otherwise arranged).

Any cancellations require a 48hr notice period. Difficult circumstances are considered if the place can be filled.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months and non-refundable.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the appointment start time. Session time may have to be reduced due to lateness.

Events – Cancellation Policy

All payments made on booking are non-refundable and non-transferrable unless the event is cancelled by me or due to unforeseen circumstance. You are welcome to give your place to a friend or family member if you’re unable to attend.

Please be aware that late arrivals are not permitted as they disturb participants who have already arrived and settled into a quiet space. This applies to in person and online events.
